INGREDIENTS Vegetable Protein (20%) (Wheat (Gluten), Soya), Onions(5%), Vegetable Oil (Sunflower Seed), Dijon Mustard(2%), Corn Flour, Flavourings (Coriander, Sugar, Salt, Savoury Flavour, Garlic, White Pepper, Nutmeg, Ginger), Thickener (Methylcellulose), Smoke Flavour, Beetroot, Plant Fibre (Bamboo), Paprika, Cilantro, Black Pepper, Parsley, Turmeric, Colourant: Caramel IV (E150d), Calcium Alginate Casing. ALLERGENS Wheat · Gluten · Soya · Mustard COOKING INSTRUCTIONS REMOVE FROM PACKAGING Frying Pan: COOK FROM FROZEN. Heat 15ml of oil on high in a non-stick pan. Add the Sausage and reduce to medium heat. Fry for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. BBQ: DEFROST BEFORE COOKING. Prepare your fire and when at low heat, place the Sausage on the grill, turning every 2-3 minutes for approximately 10 to 12 minutes.

Cooking Instructions

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS REMOVE FROM PACKAGING

Frying Pan: COOK FROM FROZEN. Heat 15ml of oil on high in a non-stick pan. Add the Sausage and reduce to medium heat. Fry for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
