Well, they are meat-free and egg-free, crunchy, crispy and golden on the outside, and tender on the inside. Choose to braai, grill, fry or bake them – or even pop them in the toaster! Serve with lightly steamed vegetables, sticky rice and a squeeze of lemon zest for a high protein meal. Ingredients Crumb: Wheat Flour, Salt, Sunflower Oil. Cooking Instructions

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
COOK FROM FROZEN. REMOVE FROM PACKAGING.

For best results cook under Grill: Place 15-20 cm under a preheated hot grill for 10-12 minutes, turning once.

Frying pan: Fry in a little oil on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once.

Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place on oven tray in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, turning once.

Do not overcook as this will spoil the texture.
