Cooking Instructions

Defrost before cooking. Do not Microwave.

FLAT TOP OR GRIDDLE: Brush the burger patty with oil on both sides and place on the flat top or griddle. Fry for 9 minutes or until cooked, turning occasionally.

FRYING PAN: Using a non-stick pan or a pan sprayed with spray and cook, use 15ml of oil for one burger. Add the defrosted patty to the pan with oil on MEDIUM heat and fry for 9 minutes turning occasionally. IF THE BURGER IS COOKED FROM FROZEN, ADD AN ADDITIONAL 2 MINUTES COOKING TIME.
